We're tracking the Code on Social Security, 2020 implementation. When PF/ESIC for gig workers becomes mandatory, the platform will support those contributions out of the box, like we did for the Code on Wages updates.
Yes. Daily payouts run on the configured cycle, but PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS still calculate on the standard monthly basis as required by law. Year-end Form 16 is generated correctly even with daily pay cycles.
