April 2026

New

AI generated interview questions

Generate technical and behavioural interview questions tailored to each candidate's resume. Available in the Interviews tab on every candidate, with question types covering verification, technical depth, behavioural fit, and a written email task. Saves around twenty minutes per panel.

Improved

Custom screening parameters on top of the six defaults

You can now add your own scoring parameters alongside the six defaults (experience, technical depth, education, domain fit, career stability, resume quality), weight them however your team's hiring rubric calls for, and override any AI decision before it reaches a hiring manager.

Integration

LinkedIn job feed

One-click sync of your active jobs to LinkedIn, with impressions, clicks, and applies flowing back into pPULSE for source-of-hire reporting. Sits alongside the existing Naukri and Indeed integrations and the embeddable careers widget.

Fixed

Bulk candidate export on large pipelines

The Export CSV action on candidate pipelines with five thousand or more rows now streams the response instead of timing out. No more refresh-and-pray on enterprise org exports.

March 2026

New

Custom feedback forms with a drag-drop builder

Build interview feedback forms that match how your team actually evaluates. Sections, conditional fields, half- and full-width layouts, undo with fifty-step history, and template cloning across jobs. Replaces the old fixed-template feedback form.

Integration

Microsoft Teams interview rooms

Auto-provision a Teams meeting on every interview schedule, with reminders to candidate and panel an hour before the call. Same flow as Google Meet, no extra setup. OAuth credentials live in Settings ▸ Integrations.

Improved

Candidate workspace opens to the right tab

The nine-tab candidate detail modal now opens to the most relevant tab based on stage: Profile for Applied, Interview for Interview, Documents for Pre-onboarding, Offer for Offer. Saves a click when you're working through a long shortlist.

February 2026

New

Custom roles with AI assistance

Describe a role in plain English (for example, "Recruiter who can post jobs but not manage offers") and the AI Role Assistant proposes a permission matrix you can review and adjust. Lives alongside the three system roles: SuperAdmin, Org Admin, and Org Viewer.

Integration

Indeed XML feed

Indeed-formatted XML feed of your live jobs, picked up automatically by Indeed and other aggregators that read its schema. Replaces the old manual repost script that some teams were running on a cron.

Fixed

Long resumes parse cleanly

Resumes longer than eight pages no longer truncate at the parsing step. Stable for portfolios, academic CVs, and senior leadership resumes that include extensive talk and publication histories.

January 2026

New

Background verification as a first-class pipeline stage

BGI is now a dedicated stage between Pre-onboarding and Offer. Upload reports as documents, mark them approved or rejected per category, and flip into Offer once the file is clean. Branches off into On-hold or Rejected if anything is off.
