Does pPULSE work with biometric devices already on the floor?
Yes — pPULSE ships a Cloud Bridge that syncs commonly-used biometric devices (eSSL, Matrix, ZKTeco, Realtime) to the cloud. Existing fingerprint and face-recognition hardware keeps working; only the back-end is replaced.
How does overtime get calculated for a 6-day-week factory?
OT is computed against the daily threshold (typically 9 hours) and the weekly threshold (48 hours). Double-time is auto-applied for declared holidays. Each state's wage code is encoded; you pick the state per branch and pPULSE applies the right rule.
Can supervisors approve attendance corrections from a phone?
Yes. Mobile self-service includes a supervisor view that lists pending check-in regularisation requests; approve/reject inline. The audit trail is preserved.
What about contract labour (CLRA)?
pPULSE supports contractor employee records separately from full-time staff, with their own PF/ESIC remittance flow. CLRA register and Form V outputs are generated from the same payroll run.
