  • Six default parameters, plus your own. Weights configurable. A primary-skill rule caps any candidate missing the must-have at 40 of 100.
  • Three live channels plus your career page. LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed via OAuth or API key. Drop an embeddable widget on your own site, or use the referral flow with token-based links per employee.
  • Embedded video interviews. Google Meet and Microsoft Teams rooms attached to scheduled rounds. Calendar availability is checked one-way against Google Calendar before the slot is booked.
  • Fraud signals during screening. Paste percentage, time-to-answer and tab-switch counts produce a LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH threat level. Visible to admins, never to candidates.

Attendance intelligence, without the surveillance.

Web check-in for office staff, biometric devices for the factory floor, web check-in with WFH/WFO flag for hybrid teams. The cloud biometric bridge runs locally on each device, then pushes punches into payroll over a token-authenticated API.

  • Five biometric protocols. ZKTeco / eSSL via pyzk, Anviz, Matrix COSEC, Dahua and e-Time Office. Per-device direction, configurable poll interval, live test mode.
  • Shifts that handle the messy cases. Night shifts, per-shift grace times, day-of-week schedules. Overtime auto-detected, late-come and early-exit auto-flagged.
  • Privacy first. Presence and patterns only. No keystroke logging, no screen content capture, no webcam streams.

Multi-tier governance for payroll
Three fixed roles enforced by middleware: HR submits, Finance reviews, CEO approves. Status moves Draft → HR_Submitted → Finance_Review → CEO_Approval → Approved or Rejected. Every transition logged in workflow history. Useful when finance and operations need separation of duties on payday.
AI that's transparent
The ATS uses Anthropic Claude for resume parsing and a 4-stage screening pipeline. Six default scoring parameters. Add unlimited per-organisation custom parameters with configurable weights. The reasoning behind each score is visible to admins, and per-call usage is logged with cost estimation.
Notifications where work happens
In-app via django-notifications-hq. Email through a Zimbra-compatible backend with delivery logs. WhatsApp Business via Meta Graph API. Microsoft Teams via webhook with Adaptive Cards. SMS, Slack and Zoom are not in scope today, on the roadmap.
Calmly designed
HR software shouldn't feel like filing a tax return. We strip the noise, count the clicks per task, and only ship features that remove screens, not add them. Less chrome, fewer modals, whitespace where the eye needs it. The tool that respects your team's attention is the one they'll still open in year two.
Honest about what's in the box
Per-company data isolation, role-based access, JWT API authentication, comprehensive audit logging, XSS and CSRF protection. We're upfront about what isn't done yet: SAML, SCIM, 2FA, NEFT bank-file generation and SOC 2 are on the roadmap. The trust page lists all of it.

HRMS by pPULSE and ATS by pPULSE are two distinct products from the same team. The ATS is the AI-driven hiring product (resume parsing, 4-stage screening pipeline, embeddable career widget, multi-portal posting, OTP-verified offer signing). The HRMS is the day-to-day product (payroll, attendance, leave, performance, helpdesk). They can be bought together or separately, and the ATS does feed hires into the HRMS at handoff.

A 4-stage pipeline. Stage 1 filters non-resumes. Stage 1.5 normalises and matches skills (handles React.js / ReactJS / react variants). Stage 2 weighted scores six parameters: experience 30%, technical 20%, education 15%, domain 15%, stability 12.5%, resume quality 2.5%. Add unlimited per-organisation custom parameters with configurable weights. Stage 3 thresholds: under 45 reject, 45 to 59 HR review, 60 and above auto-advance. Decision rationale is visible to admins, never shown to candidates.
Yes. Web check-in, biometric punches and the cloud bridge capture timing and WFO/WFH only. There is no keystroke logging, no screen recording, and no webcam stream. Employees can see their own attendance log. Geofencing is in the codebase but not wired into clock-in today; we won't enforce location until that ships.
No. The ATS uses token-gated public pages for screening, document upload, offer signing and referrals. Candidates never log in. Recruiters and hiring managers log in to a single workspace where 424 endpoints are permission-gated, with custom roles available per organisation.
